Ms. Romero was born and raised in Colombia and moved with her family to the United States in 2009. From an early age, Ms. Romero discovered her passion to help the ones in need and participated in multiple social events giving back to the community. These same events have awoken her dream to become an advocate for others especially the ones that cannot adequately defend themselves.
Following her dreams, Ms. Romero received her B.A. in Political Science from Florida International University, Miami. She moved to Orlando, the heart of Florida, to attend Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, and received her Juris Doctorate in May 2020.
During law school, Ms. Romero interned at a prominent Central Florida law firm where she focused on advocating for clients in numerous legal matters. She became an advocate for indigent clients at Barry University, Immigration Advance Clinic, where she fought for, and assisted with their immigration needs. She was elected as the Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental & Earth Law Journal, creating awareness to protect the environment through the law, and became a Publish-Student Author for the year 2019. Ms. Romero aided low-income families by preparing their tax returns and providing free tax help through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. Ms. Romero has been a member of numerous associations and programs that provide assistance to the Central Florida Community in their legal needs.
With a strong passion to help others and after the many life and professional experiences and education she has acquired, Ms. Romero has developed the fundamental skills and values needed to represent plaintiffs in diverse legal matters. Currently, her focus is on assisting clients as victims of personal injuries at no fault of their own. She is always eager to provide the best experience to clients, by creating strong communication and trust bonds. She understands the difficulties and changes that happen after an accident and is here to help you get your life back.
