3. Honda –Honda is recalling the 2001 – 2003 Civic, the 2002 – 2003 CR-V, and the 2002 Odyssey. They are also recalling the 2001 – 2003 Maxima, Pathfinder, Sentra, Infiniti FX Crossover, and the Infiniti QX4.
4. Mazda –Mazda has recalled their 2003 – 2004 Mazda6 and RX-8 models.

Each of these cars has something in common. They were built using the airbag vendor Takata from Auburn Hills, Michigan. These airbags have the potential to deploy prematurely, leaving drivers and passengers at serious risk.

Airbags have increased in popularity, and more manufacturers are racing to increase the number of airbags in their cars as a safety measure.
