Born and raised in Central Florida, Todd Curtin has spent his entire career practicing law in courts throughout the State of Florida. Todd became a lawyer because he believed in the power of the legal system to improve peoples’ lives and the community. This core belief motivates his legal practice and commitment to serving the citizens of Florida.

Todd graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. Post-graduation, Todd received his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. During law school, Todd competed in numerous state and national advocacy competitions which included: mock trial, negotiation, and moot court.
After law school, Todd worked for one of the largest personal injury firms in the country. He gained valuable experience trying cases to verdict and had the honor of representing hundreds of clients in depositions, mediations, and hearings throughout the state of Florida.
Since joining Michael T. Gibson P.A., Todd has continued to utilize these experiences, grow, and enhance these vital skills to guarantee his clients will receive exceptional personal service both in and out of the courtroom.
Todd is a proud member of the Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice, Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and National Association of Premise Liability Attorneys.
