Auto Accident — Herniated Disc, Policy Limits

The firm was successful in recovering the full $100,000.00 policy limits in a case where our client suffered a herniated disc in his back. What makes the recovery significant and of note is that the client had a prior neck injury, and the insurance carrier vigorously opposed payment in the claim.
